$110,000 - $150,000+ base salary, depending on experience, plus travel package, vehicle allowance/company vehicle, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout
• Manage project schedule, safety, quality, manpower, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate daily construction activities with project managers, clients, design teams, and trade partners
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, budgets, and company standards
• Drive jobsite safety culture and compliance efforts
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project progress
• Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
• Mentor project engineers, assistant superintendents, and field staff
• Travel and relocate temporarily as needed based on project location and duration

• 7+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Experience managing ground‑up commercial projects valued at $20M+ preferred
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety programs
• Experience with commercial, mixed‑use, higher education, industrial, hospitality, or large institutional projects preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
• Proficiency with construction technology and field reporting tools
• Stable work history with a reputation for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and at a high level of quality
