- Lead end-to-end creative projects, aligning them with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the team, guide projects and present confidently to clients.
- Foster a supportive team environment.
- Maintain a high level of creative output.
- Represent the agency to external parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends and processes.
- Anticipate and plan for the practical execution of creative ideas.
- Take ownership of creative projects with guidance from the Creative Director.
- 3+ Years Experience
- Brilliant technical skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
- Strong knowledge of Digital, either Sketch or Figma.
- Strong strategic and creative vision to support the businesses goals.
- Track record of success working across a range of multidisciplinary branding projects.
- Collaborator with strong presentation skills.
