At Handyman Connection of Ada, our CSRs set the tone for every customer experience. You'll answer calls, book estimates, follow up on leads, and keep jobs moving between customers, the office, and our Craftsmen in the field. We're a growing, locally owned business, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and web inquiries using our approved call script
• Qualify leads and book estimate appointments in Jobber
• Make outbound follow-up calls on estimates, open leads, and completed jobs to help turn leads into booked work
• Take regular coaching on your calls and use it to improve our booking rate
• Schedule jobs and communicate job details to Craftsmen in the field
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally; escalat...?
• Send invoices, follow up on past-due payments, and request reviews after completed jobs
• Keep customer records, job notes, and scheduling data accurate and up to date

• 30% of estimate requests booked
• New lead texts answered within 15 minutes during business hours
• Other texts answered within 1 hour during business hours
• Missed calls and voicemails returned within 4 hours
  
  Emails answered within 24 hours
• After-hours messages answered by 9:00 AM the next business day
• Open estimates followed up on within 7 days
• Customer records and job notes complete the same day

• A clear, friendly phone voice, and the ability to follow a script while sounding natural
• Coachable. You welcome feedback and put it to use.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle calls, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Takes ownership and follows through without being chased
• Willing to learn and grow with a growing company
• Comfortable with software (we use Jobber and Quick Books Online; training provided)
• Preferred: customer service, scheduling, or sales-support experience, and a construction, trades, or home-services background. Our calls range from small repairs to full remodels, and knowing the work helps you talk with customers.

We compete on reliability, not lowest price, so customers expect us to do what we say. We run on a weekly meeting rhythm with clear goals, and you'll see your numbers every week. We give direct feedback and expect you to ask for it. If you like being left alone to coast, this isn't the job. If you like a team where people own their work and say what they need, it is.

• $20–$24/hour depending on experience
