PROJECT ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

We are seeking a Project Architect/Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a solid understanding of all building systems, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing building designs, securing site plan approvals, and producing fully integrated construction documents.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, clear communication, and effective leadership skills.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Engage and manage client relationships
  • Develop and interpret program requirements
  • Lead conceptual site and building design
  • Prepare construction documents, provide bidding assistance, and perform construction administration

    Coordinate and facilitate site plan approvals
  • Build and manage project teams
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong aptitude for design, detailing, and documentation
  • Proficiency in Sketch Up, Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Micro Station
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to quality
Experience
  • 5–10 years of relevant architectural experience
