We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager / Architect to lead the design process from programming through project closeout. This role requires a self‑starter with deep knowledge of building systems—including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical—and the ability to manage teams, consultants, budgets, and schedules with professionalism and precision.

• Projects span a wide range of market sectors, including:
  Mixed‑use & multi‑family, Corporate office, Religious institutions, Residential and more

• 5–10 years of professional experience
• Licensed architect (completion of ARE required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Micro Station
• Experience with project account management software
• Skills in internal budgeting, team scheduling, and proposal development
• Client management and specification writing expertise
