• Translate design intent into accurate and buildable construction documents
• Oversee technical execution and quality throughout the project
• Identify code issues and develop appropriate code strategies
• Manage clarity, hierarchy, and precision of drawings, details, and materials
• Oversee the creation and accuracy of technical specifications
• Lead and coordinate the work of project team members
• Direct consultant teams to ensure well-integrated and cohesive documentation
• Support construction administration through submittal review, shop drawing evaluation, site visits, and issue resolution
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain alignment with the firm’s mission, standards, and commitment to ongoing improvement

• Master of Architecture (professional degree)
• Architectural licensure preferred
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in both commercial and residential project types preferred
• Strong technical and design architectural skills
• High proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, and specification tools (e.g., Spec Link)
• Proven ability to manage full sets of construction documents and coordinate consultant work
• Technical proficiency in executing details aligned with design intent
• Construction administration experience required
• Skilled communicator with a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interact effectively with clients and partners
• Strong desire for ongoing learning and professional growth
