Senior Designer
We’re seeking a Senior Designer with a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and proven leadership experience to join a collaborative, high-performing architectural and interior design team. This role offers the opportunity to work across all phases of design and construction, leading interior architecture and design efforts on a diverse range of project types including high-end residential, K-12 education, and healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead interior design and architectural projects through all project phases—from concept and schematic design to construction documentation and administration
- Develop and present design concepts, detailing, and specifications with a strong emphasis on millwork, lighting, and high-quality finishes
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project vision, timelines, and budgets are met
- Produce technical documentation in Revit, including detailed drawings, interior elevations, millwork, and finish schedules
- Create compelling visual presentations using Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe In Design
- Manage consultant coordination, client communications, and project deliverables
- Source FF&E, develop furniture layouts, and assist in preparing bids and budgets
- Conduct site visits, document field conditions, and oversee design implementation during construction
- 10+ years of professional experience in interior design or architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- NCIDQ certification or Architect license strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Revit and Sketch Up required;
Adobe InDesign experience a plus - Demonstrated experience in high-end residential, K-12 education, or healthcare design
- Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client engagement
