Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect with a comprehensive understanding of building systems, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating building design, site plan approval, and developing fully integrated construction documents. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

• Interact and manage client relationships.
• Understand and program client needs.
• Develop conceptual site and building designs.
• Assist with construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
• Initiate and facilitate site plan approvals.
• Build and manage project teams effectively.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Micro Station.
• Experience in construction documentation and administration.
• Strong skills in architectural design and project management.
• At least 5 years of working experience within architectural design.

• Degree from an accredited university.
• Preferred architectural license.
• Strong aptitude for design, construction detailing, and documentation.
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.29/hr.
