As we expand our project pipeline and geographic footprint, we’re seeking a BIM / Revit Specialist (Licensed Architect) to support architectural, engineering, and manufacturing teams by delivering highly coordinated, production‑ready BIM models that enable efficient prefabrication and construction.

Experience: 3–4+ Years of Relevant Experience
This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and works closely with architecture and engineering staff across all phases of project development. The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with strong Revit expertise, a solid understanding of structural systems, and a passion for precision, workflow improvement, and buildability.
The OpportunityThis is a hands‑on, technically focused role at the intersection of architecture, BIM, and modular manufacturing. The BIM / Revit Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and refining Revit models and BIM content that directly support design development, prefabrication, permitting, and construction execution.
The role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities BIM Modeling & Content Development- Create and develop BIM content using Autodesk Revit, including:
- Parametric family creation
- Project and global parameter manipulation
- Develop coordinated, accurate Revit models that reflect architectural and structural design intent
- Produce construction documentation for permitting, fabrication, and installation
- Consult with engineering staff on model and drawing development and coordination strategies
- Work directly with architecture, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure constructability and accuracy
- Support clash detection, issue resolution, and ongoing model coordination
- Produce BIM‑related marketing and presentation materials, including:
- Conceptual and schematic models
- Support internal and external communication through clear, well‑organized visual outputs
- Manage BIM files, model organization, and version control
- Support software management, updates, and license coordination
- Seek opportunities to improve workflows, modeling standards, and document quality
- Conduct research on BIM‑related tools and software advancements to keep the team informed and current
- Licensed Architect (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit
- Strong technical proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Working knowledge of structural systems and construction documentation
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated
- Experience with Autodesk Design Collaboration Suite / BIM 360
- Experience supporting modular, prefabricated, or manufacturing‑driven construction
- Experience with software update management and license administration
- Background in residential or light commercial projects
- A technically strong architect who enjoys turning design into buildable systems
- Comfortable working across architecture, engineering, and manufacturing teams
- Proactive about improving standards, workflows, and model quality
- Organized, disciplined, and precise in model and file management
- Aligned with a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence
