Interventional Spine PM&R Physician — Outpatient Focus

A leading rehabilitation hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Physiatrist specialized in interventional spine procedures. This role requires the physician to provide care for spine and musculoskeletal patients in outpatient clinic settings and split time between two facilities. The ideal candidate will possess an M.D. or D.O. degree, a Michigan medical license, and completion of an interventional spine fellowship.

A team-oriented environment, interaction with PM&R residents, and occasional inpatient weekend call duties are part of this position.
