Join Our Team as a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician in Grand Rapids, MI
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join our dynamic Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team located in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Michigan. This is a remarkable opportunity to provide advanced care and collaborate with specialists in a supportive environment focused on improving the lives of patients and their families.
Job Responsibilities- Provide specialized care in Maternal Fetal Medicine, managing high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to create comprehensive care plans.
- Travel to Muskegon as needed while primarily providing services in Grand Rapids.
- Engage in the education and training of medical students and residents.
- Work with support staff including a Medical Assistant and Sonographer at all offices.
- Share on-call responsibilities with MFM Partner/Medical Director, mostly handling phone calls and occasional hospital visits.
- Open to experienced Board Certified providers or Board Eligible recent graduates.
- Participate in an innovative office culture that values collaboration and excellence in patient care.
- Board Certified in OB/GYN (REQUIRED)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine (REQUIRED)
- Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED)
- DEA certification (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED)
- Preferably a clean malpractice history
- Visa support required (J1 or H1B) (REQUIRED)
- Must be Board Certified within 2 years if Board Eligible.
- Clean malpractice history preferred.
- Willingness to obtain MI license and DEA certification if not already held.
