Anesthesiology Grand Rapids, MI

Trinity Health Hospital Group is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Physician to join our Anesthesiology Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Opportunity Highlights:

• The Physician will join a professional, confident, and friendly team of 10 Physicians.
• Medical direction model with the opportunity to do some of your own cases.
• Level 2 trauma center with 20 operating rooms.
• Coverage of a wide range of cases, including Orthopedic (elective + trauma), Gynecology, ENT, Complex Vascular, Neurosurgery and Thoracic cases. Provide off-site anesthesia support for Radiology, Cardiology, and Endoscopy suites. Full Obstetrical practice with a decent mix of high risk and BB OB + epidural opportunities.
• Call and holidays are shared equally among the group. Limited number of after hours and weekend call responsibilities due to excellent CRNA coverage paired with the in-house Anesthesiologist.
• Opportunity to teach students.

Qualifications:

• Open to experienced providers or new graduates
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment
• DEA license
• BLS certification and maintain recertification
