*** Collaborate with board-certified critical care physicians to lead the development of a neuro-critical care program focused on the treatment of complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions
* Expand the program from a consultative service to a full-service, stand-alone neuro-critical care unit
* Help expand telehealth neuro-critical care to satellite hospitals in West Michigan
* Participate in the neurology residency program as faculty and mentor
