Michigan’s largest health system is seeking full‑time and part‑time anesthesiologists for our dedicated and rapidly growing department located in West Michigan.

• Full spectrum of practice settings within one department, including high acuity shifts in our qua ternary level 1 trauma center and outpatient‑focused care in one of our Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
• Staff critical access rural hospitals.
• Ability to work OB shifts in a top Maternal Care hospital in the state.
• Opportunities to join our innovative acute pain service for those who enjoy regional anesthesia; regional fellowship training welcomed but not required.
• OR cases ranging from routine outpatient procedures to liver resections, awake craniectomies, and advanced robotic surgery.
• Work‑life harmony emphasized through 10 weeks of time off and flexible scheduling.
• A variety of on‑call opportunities, including in‑house OR & OB call, home call, and call at different locations based on your interests.

• Competitive compensation up to $594,000+ plus a starting bonus of $100,000.

• Doctorate (MD/DO).
• Anesthesiology Board Certification/eligible.
• Michigan state medical license (MD/DO) and DEA registration upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required within 120 days.
• ACLS certification required if applicable to specialty or if stress test performed; otherwise within 120 days.
