Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist team in Grand Rapids, Michigan

• Position Type:Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:Supports the nocturnist team, 7pm to 5am, weekends and holidays shared among providers
• Location:Grand Rapids, MI
• Specialty:Hospital Medicine
• Hospital Info:Team admits and provides services to all Internal Medicine patients, including PMI
• Call Requirements:Inpatient shift-based only; no call

• Open to experienced or new graduate providers
• APPs:
  
  Board certified in specialty prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS certification (must be maintained)

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
