CONTRACT: Part-time school-year, hourly position

REPORTS TO: Early Learning Center Director

COORDINATES WITH: Early Learning Center Director, Kids Care Coordinator

Grand Rapids Christian Elementary School is seeking new employees to fill positions in our Kids Care Program. Kids Care is a licensed child care program at Grand Rapids Christian Elementary that provides quality before and after-school care for our families during the school year. Applicants must meet licensing requirements and possess a deep commitment to Christian education.

Provide a safe environment for students before and after school hours.

Plan, prepare, deliver, and participate in games, crafts, and activities with children.

Clean and organize the classroom daily.

Communicate with parents.

A High School graduate.

Preferred to have an Early Childhood Credential and/or working towards a degree in a child-related field.

Preferred CPR/First Aid Certified.

Complete and pass the state-required background check.

Complete required on-going trainings, if offered the position.

Disciple of Christ.

Culturally Competent Professional.

Communicator and Collaborator.
