Position: Middle School Boys Swimming Coach

• Knowledge of fundamental skills of swimming.
• Previous swimming and coaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters.
• Excellent rapport with Middle School students.
• Exhibit strong leadership and good disciplinary skills.
• Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations.
• Appropriate certification.
• Ability to work in an economically, culturally and racially diverse environment.
