As the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct – you will shape how Alpha Guides engage with students. This includes developing comprehensive playbooks, establishing feedback systems, and demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design engaging learning activities, and address challenges
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to become outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility
• Running dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related area.
• Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Experience engaging with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
