- Establish advanced documentation standards and procedures in Revit and AutoCAD to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all engineering deliverables.
- Conduct in‑depth feasibility analyses and evaluations of project performance metrics, providing strategic insights that drive informed decision‑making among stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor cross‑disciplinary project teams and regularly deliver comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to develop and execute detailed project plans for large‑scale initiatives, coordinating complex scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Engage clients throughout the project lifecycle, deepening relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and translating innovative design strategies.
- Provide technical expertise to engineering project teams, comfortably making complex and strategic decisions that reduce risk to timelines and organization.
- Thoroughly review critical technical documents and deliverables for design accuracy, providing expert feedback that ensures compliance while adding value whenever possible.
- Act as the engineering subject‑matter expert in discussions with government agencies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and promoting best practices.

- Own the review process of complex project documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality assurance standards before submissions.
- Facilitate and lead field inspections of major projects, ensuring construction alignment with design intent.
