Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues with automated production equipment and control systems.
- Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new automation technologies and machinery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems and processes.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming and configuring PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Experience with industrial robotics programming, integration, and maintenance (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, commission, and optimize complex automated manufacturing systems.
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP) and network architectures.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) programming and integration.
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
- Proficiency in data acquisition, historian systems, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integration.
- Knowledge of industrial control system (ICS) cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with advanced simulation software for process optimization and virtual commissioning.
