We’re seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator to lead cost estimating for complex mechanical projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems. You’ll combine technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to help secure and shape successful projects.

• Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for mechanical systems.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Provide value‑engineering input and assess risk factors.
• Mentor and review the work of junior estimators.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to refine bids.
• Maintain cost databases, evaluate market trends, and ensure estimating accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  , Construction Management
  , or related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience as a mechanical estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
