Senior Electrical Engineer – Grand Rapids, MI

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead projects from concept through completion while serving as both a technical expert and client partner.
Responsibilities- Oversee electrical engineering services on a variety of building projects
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project owners
- Ensure accuracy in design documents, specifications, and submittals
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Contribute to proposals and client relationship development
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- PE license in Michigan (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit
- Strong knowledge of building systems: power distribution, lighting, fire/life safety, and communications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams
