Senior Electrical Engineer – Grand Rapids, MI

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead projects from concept through completion while serving as both a technical expert and client partner.

• Oversee electrical engineering services on a variety of building projects
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project owners
• Ensure accuracy in design documents, specifications, and submittals
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Contribute to proposals and client relationship development

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• PE license in Michigan (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit
• Strong knowledge of building systems: power distribution, lighting, fire/life safety, and communications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams
