• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑10+ years of experience in municipal or civil engineering.
• Proficiency with engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong project management, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
