This position reports to the Service Manager and contributes to the Electrification Services division in North America.

• Hands‑on execution of projects, including startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, engineering, design, and repair of Power Delivery equipment such as transformers, switch gear, OCBs, circuit breakers, busways, UPS, ATS, PLCs, relays, and Power‑Management Control systems.
• Lead outages with field engineers, technicians, and contractors; manage project timelines, write technical reports, order materials, secure quotations, and submit job‑status and expense reports.
• Develop and facilitate internal and external training programs to share field engineering and product knowledge.
• Perform relevant administrative tasks in a timely manner, including technical reporting and procurement.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field plus five years of field engineering experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience with repair and refurbishment of LV and MV circuit breakers preferred.
• Technical skills in testing, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of medium‑voltage synchronous machines preferred.
• U.S. work authorization required.
