• Designing mechanical assemblies & components in Solid Works
• Turning rough concepts into clean, build-ready drawings
• Working side‑by‑side with controls, electrical, and fab teams
• Supporting builds, solving problems, making things actually work
• Seeing your designs go from screen → shop floor → customer line

• Solid Works fluency (assemblies, drawings, the works)
• Experience with machinery, automation, fixtures, or mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of mechanisms, pneumatics, materials, GD&T
• Ability to work quickly, think practically, and collaborate with hands‑on teams
• Exposure to custom automation, robotics, conveyors
• Being someone who likes to walk out to the shop instead of hiding behind CAD
