Systemantics India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a full‑time, advanced level role focused on educational projects across the United States.
Description
We want a humble and confident mechanical engineer with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience to provide leadership in technical aspects of mechanical project design including code compliance, specifications, system integration, and constructability.

Responsibilities
- Participate in project team meetings and attend construction meetings with the client and project manager.
- Build collaborative relationships with various disciplines.
- Prepare building models, detailed construction documents, load analysis, equipment sizing, ductwork sizing, hydronic system design, and specifications.
- Develop expertise in a wide variety of complex and high‑efficiency mechanical systems.
- Communicate regularly with Project Manager(s) and team members to understand any changes to project design, scope, schedule and budget, completing work in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain a positive relationship of trust with clients regarding your area of expertise.
Required Knowledge
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
- 10+ years relevant experience in mechanical system design.
- Experience coordinating work with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction drawings, specifications, mechanical standards, regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing licensure or licensed professional engineer (PE).
- Skill in Autodesk Revit for mechanical design documents.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated passion for mechanical engineering and architectural engineering consulting.
