Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, FMEAs, and other quality documentation.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Utilize statistical methods (e.g., SPC, process capability studies) for process monitoring and improvement.
- Support new product introduction through APQP and PPAP processes.
- Manage supplier quality performance, including audits and non-conformance resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with GD&T, metrology, and various inspection techniques.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Certified Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.
- Experience with advanced data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
