Party Coordinator

Overview

Party Coordinator at Urban Air Adventure Parks – The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department. Our ideal team member will serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air guests and design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group.

They are also responsible for training party staff members and managing birthday operations.

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday full availability is a must.
• Represent with energy and enthusiasm when telling guests about Urban Air  offerings.
• Sell our party packages and follow up with guests to ensure we exceeded expectations.
• Drive financial results in collaboration with the Leadership Team.
• Safety first. Work in a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Non-typical Family Entertainment environment with attractions, events, and large guest volumes.
• Business casual environment.
• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts.
