Northpointe Bank is hiring a Loan Servicing Business Analyst to support data analytics, reporting automation, and operational improvement within our Loan Servicing department.

• Build dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Analyze servicing workflows and recommend improvements
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and testing
• Maintain data integrity across servicing systems and databases
• Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership
• Provide analytical support during audits, exams, and investor reviews

• 2–5 years of analytics or business analysis experience
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI preferred
• Experience in mortgage servicing or financial services is a plus
• Ability to communicate data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
