Northpointe Bank is hiring a Loan Servicing Oversight Specialist to support MERS administration, loan transfers, and sub‑servicer oversight within our mortgage servicing department.

This role will start in office and will move to hybrid after training.

• Maintain the MERS database and resolve exceptions.
• Process registrations, transfers, and releases.
• Coordinate loan boarding/deboarding for transfers and sales.
• Validate data accuracy and compliance with investor standards.
• Monitor sub‑servicer performance and elevate discrepancies.
• Support audits, QC reviews, and servicing reporting.

• 2–4 years of mortgage servicing or servicing oversight experience.
• Knowledge of MERS, loan transfers, and servicing regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Experience with MSP, Fiserv, or similar servicing systems.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
