WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Our firm is growing, and we are searching for a proactive, reliable Retirement Plan Associate to support our defined contribution retirement plan practice. You will make an impact by helping manage customized, high value add 401(k) and 403(b) offerings for our clients. • Act as liaison between retirement plan clients and plan's Recordkeeper/TPA/Benefit Counsel
  • Handle inbound participant inquiries, enrollments, and transfers
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of retirement plan client files and CRM records
  • Attend sales presentations for new retirement plan prospects and ongoing committee meetings for existing clients
  • Attend (and eventually present at) retirement plan enrollment meetings
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on all aspects of the qualified plan market (including products, compliance, technology, etc.)
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
  • At least one (1) year of relevant investment and financial advisory experience, preferably involving 401(k) and/or 403(b) plans
  • Registered as an Investment Advisor Representative in the state of Michigan or able to become registered within the first six months
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and effectively
  • Strong attention to details, analytical skills, and problem solving
  • Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, accommodating unexpected requests or needs, and following through
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies, AI tools, software platforms, and digital workflows quickly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow
WHAT YOU'LL GET:
  • Competitive total compensation
  • Bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) profit sharing plan
  • 4 weeks of paid time off
  • 9 paid holidays
  • Volunteer time off
  • Summer hours
  • Phone stipend
  • Medical benefits with HSA contributions
  • Family‑oriented culture
  • Collaborative work environment
  • Dedication to a strong work life balance
  • Rewarding career path with growth opportunities
  • Paid association memberships
  • Charitable donations/contributions

If you like tackling challenges and are enthusiastic about joining a fun team, we would love to hear from you!
