Licensed Esthetician

We provide personalized skincare treatments in a welcoming, professional spa. Our estheticians help clients understand their skin, build effective treatment plans, and feel confident in their skincare journey. We're looking for someone passionate about skincare who combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills and genuine care for every client.

• Perform professional facials tailored to each client's skin concerns and goals.
• Conduct client consultations and skin assessments to choose the right services.
• Recommend individualized treatment plans, products, and home-care routines.
• Perform services within professional standards and licensing requirements.
• Keep accurate client records, treatment notes, and skincare history.
• Follow sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control protocols.
• Build long-term client relationships and work closely with the front desk and fellow estheticians.

• Active Michigan Esthetician License required by the start of employment. Candidates pursuing Michigan licensure through reciprocity may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of skincare principles, facial treatments, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a busy spa team.
• Hydra Facial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning experience preferred; chemical peels and microneedling a plus, where permitted by your license.

Part-time to full-time. Scheduling is based on spa operating hours and business needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes.
