• Ensure corporate compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead the Corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) program.
• Partner with Legal to respond to regulatory body inquiries and activity.
• Collaborate with internal & external partners to enhance and sustain a best-in-class safety strategy.
• Maintain and identify trends in health and safety metrics while using those metrics to drive continuous improvement by creating recommendations to the field based on interpretations.
• Develop health and safety policies and procedures.
• Partner with corporate and field leadership teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Travel outside of corporate office to support the field as needed (Up to 25%).
• Act as the enterprise subject matter expert on Federal OSHA, State OSHA plans, and the Process Safety Management (PSM) program.
• Responsible for leading the Fire Safety and Suppression function.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent safety experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Health and Safety where compliance is a large part of the role.
• CSP/ASP Preferred
• Expertise with Federal and State OSHA plans.
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Ability to lead projects and programs.
• Ability to interpret local, state, and federal regulations and determine business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships to accomplish objectives.
