- Ensure corporate compliance with laws and regulations.
- Lead the Corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) program.
- Partner with Legal to respond to regulatory body inquiries and activity.
- Collaborate with internal & external partners to enhance and sustain a best-in-class safety strategy.
- Maintain and identify trends in health and safety metrics while using those metrics to drive continuous improvement by creating recommendations to the field based on interpretations.
- Develop health and safety policies and procedures.
- Partner with corporate and field leadership teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Travel outside of corporate office to support the field as needed (Up to 25%).
- Act as the enterprise subject matter expert on Federal OSHA, State OSHA plans, and the Process Safety Management (PSM) program.
- Responsible for leading the Fire Safety and Suppression function.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent safety experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Health and Safety where compliance is a large part of the role.
- CSP/ASP Preferred
- Expertise with Federal and State OSHA plans.
- Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Ability to lead projects and programs.
- Ability to interpret local, state, and federal regulations and determine business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships to accomplish objectives.
