Trinity Health First Choice is seeking a per diem/prn RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a per diem / prn nursing job in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The position is night shift only and requires floating between Grand Rapids and Muskegon. The nurse will work 3 shifts every 6 weeks, with no weekends or holidays.

Base pay: $50.00/hr - $50.00/hr gross weekly rate: $51/hr premium pay is available and may vary based on experience and assignments.

• Float between hospital locations and/or regions as required.
• Assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license, scope, and experience in practice area.
• Delegate responsibilities and account for outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices.
• Show agility, willingness for new responsibilities, and embrace cultural differences.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining high quality care.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• Minimum two years recent clinical experience for other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health).
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
