• Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining room.
• Assisting with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents.
• Always communicate in a positive and productive manner with co‑workers, families/guardians, and the public.
• Supporting co‑workers and actively participating in team processes.
• Providing complete, accurate and timely documentation.
• Performing tasks that contribute to the day‑to‑day operation of the home (such as cleaning, laundry, etc.).
• Performing tasks in accordance with Care Cardinal Policies and Procedures and regulatory bodies (CMH, AAA, Reliance, Licensing, Recipient Rights, etc.).
• Maintaining a positive attitude and arriving on time for every shift.
• Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Current valid driver’s license or State .
• The ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner.
• Encouraged but not required upon hire:
  First Aid/CPR certified 1‑year experience in a similar setting.
