Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care. • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re‑assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client, and family members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care, and enhanced patient outcomes.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Preferred knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and, when required, lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and the capacity to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.
• May be required to undergo a health screen or examination prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, in accordance with local and state regulations.
