Occupational Therapist / OT – Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation
Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care. It is designed to help people who have experienced brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/regional incidents regain functional capabilities.
OverviewMake an Impact in our Home and Community Program by delivering functional rehabilitation wherever life happens—at home, school, work, or in the community.
Who we are looking for- An experienced OT enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the community.
- Ready to treat clients beyond a staged environment into real life experiences like cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the workplace.

- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Regularly re‑assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources.
- Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client, and family members.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care, and enhanced patient outcomes.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Preferred knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and, when required, lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
- Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and the capacity to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.
- May be required to undergo a health screen or examination prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, in accordance with local and state regulations.
