Forefront Healthcare is looking for a Dietary Aide Supervisor to join our compassionate and dedicated dietary team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on daily operations, ensuring smooth meal service and high-quality care for our patients.

• Lead the team: assign and supervise daily tasks for dietary aides, ensuring organization and support.
• Ensure meal quality: prepare and maintain food service lines with a focus on accuracy, freshness, and presentation.
• Support patient care: assemble trays according to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring compliance with diet orders.
• Maintain patient data: update a patient dietary database, including special diets, food allergies, and personal preferences.
• Uphold safety and sanitation: follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention protocols.
• Act as the go‑to resource: provide point‑of‑contact for questions, problem‑solving, and training new team members.
• Fill in other open positions as needed.

• Prior experience in food service with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions, allergies, and special diets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, digital documentation).
• Serv Safe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example.

Hourly wage range: $18–$21
