Grand Rapids, Michigan. Gross weekly rate: $2,000. Per diem and travel allowances available.

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations or regions.
• Apply standard professional practice:
  Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
• Retain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement.
• Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Graduate of an associate or bachelor’s program in Surgical Technologist.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• At least 18 months of CST experience, or 5 years if program incomplete.
• Ability to complete orientation and training.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
