Base pay range$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

As a Wellness Partner you’ll help residents find joy and purpose through engaging activities that support their overall wellness.
Primary Responsibilities- Support wellness programs and activities for our residents.
- Assist residents in attending community‑supported trips.
- Suggest new opportunities for programming.
- Inventory supplies and ensure they are readily available for use.
- Facilitate recurring events in the Wellness Guide's absence.
- Make routine visits to residents and actively engage the resident 1:1 as necessary.
- Perform documentation duties as necessary.
- Assist the Wellness Guide in planning, organizing and scheduling community events related to residents' interests.
- Two years of experience working in a social or recreation program, preferred.
- Education and/or experience working in senior living, preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proven ability to successfully implement appropriate and meaningful programming.
- Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.
