Position: Certified Nurse Aide, Hospice- Full Time
Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Full-Time | Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding AreasAt Emmanuel Hospice, we understand the value of flexibility, adaptability, and compassionate care. As a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Full time youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care across a variety of settings, supporting patients and families wherever they call home. This full-time, hourly position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for CNAs who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Float across homes and facilities within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, providing coverage where care is most needed.Work a Monday Friday schedule, 8:30 AM5:00 PM, with participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule.Deliver hands-on personal care and activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse.Adapt quickly to different care environments and patient needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality support.Collaborate with a flexible and supportive CNA team, stepping in to maintain continuity of care during staff absences or increased patient volume.Qualifications:
Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the State of Michigan.Reliable transportation to travel between patient locations.Previous CNA experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred.Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a heart for compassionate care.Benefits:
