As a Member Advocate, you’ll provide support and guidance, helping members navigate savings programs, enroll successfully, and confirm benefits are applied correctly. You’ll enjoy a collaborative, relaxed office environment with no weekends or holiday shifts.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Educate members on program requirements and assist with enrollment.
  • Communicate regularly via phone with members and pharmacies to ensure smooth benefit application.
  • Review medication refills and research assistance programs online.
  • Draft clear, professional correspondence and maintain accurate member records.
  • Use your pharmacy expertise and computer skills to solve problems and deliver exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail and organizational excellence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet research.
  • Must adhere to HIPAA policies and be a non‑tobacco user.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT, NHA, or PTCB).
  • Understanding of health insurance plans and copay structures.
  • Experience with pharmacy billing procedures.
  • Spanish speaking.
