Patient Services Representative

Beaumont Health - Grand Rapids [Medical Office Assistant / Scheduler] As a Patient Services Representative at Beaumont Health, you'll:
Serve as a concierge, greet and communicate with patients or visitors;
Answer practice phone calls, schedule patient appointments using a decision tree where applicable;
Process/sort mail and supply deliveries and process registration reports;
Be responsible for identifying and reminding patients of health maintenance gaps;
Perform patient registration and check-in;
Confirm patient demographic and insurance information.
