Van Driver - Sheraton Grand Rapids (PT, Weekends, $15/hr)

We are hiring a Hotel Van or Shuttle Driver. We are looking for people who have a passion to serve others. The Van Driver can set the tone for a guest’s arrival or departure and may be the first point of contact for guests starting their hospitality experience. Your proactive, responsive and caring approach helps ensure a positive guest experience. If you enjoy engaging with others and have a winning personality and a strong sense of responsibility, this role is for you.

• A Driver is responsible for greeting guests and driving them to and from requested destinations to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and successfully pass a DMV check; adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
