Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to assist the company owners in the daily administration of confidential management tasks. you will need to be highly organized, detail oriented, excel at time management, have a can-do attitude and maintain strict confidentiality of information. Demonstrated understanding of applicable regulations, software, and the ability to evaluate current and future employees are key abilities to success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • All aspects of hiring new personnel.
  • New employee orientation.
  • Draft employee reviews and other documents.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Employee benefits coordination.
  • Insurance policies administration, audits and certificates of insurance.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Certified payroll reports.
  • Track employee certifications.
  • Maintain employee handbook and safety manual.
  • Bookkeeping including accounts payable, receivables and collections.
  • Credit card and expense reconciliation.
  • Commission tracking and reports.
  • Attendance and timekeeping including calendars.
  • Assist with monthly and yearly tax reports.
  • Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll Systems, Quickbooks.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
