A master's degree and SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification are a plus. Multistate HR experience is required; international experience is preferred.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer processes, and pre-employment activities.
  • Technology & Systems Proficiency: Technology savvy with experience using HRIS systems such as ADP, Microsoft Office, Survey Monkey, Teams, Zoom, Click Up, and recruiting platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, social media job boards, and other job posting sites.
