IT Systems SpecialistSeeking a proactive IT Systems Specialist to support and maintain its IT infrastructure. This role is hands‑on and onsite, providing technical support across hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will be a problem‑solver with strong communication skills and a passion for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage computer systems and ensure optimal performance
- Use tools like Service Now and Jira for issue tracking
- Configure and maintain firewalls and IT security protocols
- Assist with software deployments and updates
- Document technical processes and solutions
- Support onboarding/offboarding and workstation setups
- 5+ years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, workstations)
- Experience with Service Now, Jira, and Linux preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities
