• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum three years of consulting experience
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, One Stream, Tagetik)
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Backgrounds in management reporting, long-range/planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 80%

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT
• Strong ability to build/manage relationships and effective communication
• Trust-building with clients

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits; base salary ranges: USD 112,300–185,400 (US) or 134,700–210,700 in NYC Metro/Washington/CA, with Total Rewards including medical/dental, pension/401(k), and PTO
• Hybrid model: most client-facing roles 40-60% in person
