Overview
KPMG is seeking a Solution Architect, Service Now to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the Service Now framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms
- Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain, including leading proofs of concept for new capabilities
- Build integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (e.g., Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle; coordinate with Service Now support and other technical teams to address and resolve issues; ensure solutions are integrated with other systems and processes
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Service Now solutions (IRM, Sec Ops, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and more)
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture with a focus on Service Now, including extensive experience in two or more Service Now modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred;
Service Now CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required; CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred - Experience supporting business solutions hosted on Service Now from a developer or administrator perspective, including upgrades, integrations, and operational support
- Solid understanding of Service Now and its modules and core data, and familiarity with related technology platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship available for this opportunity
