What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies across the organization.
- Provide hands‑on technical support and training to internal users to maintain productivity across all departments.
- Direct all IT projects, from infrastructure refreshes to software rollouts, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for IT vendors and consultants while managing procurement and IT budgets.
- Support CAD/CAM systems and ensure their seamless integration with production and engineering functions.
- Monitor compliance with IT standards and industry regulations to maintain operational integrity.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT management or senior IT support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong background in ERP systems (Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, networking, and Group Policy.
- Skilled in virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
- Experience developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCP.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM system support and shop floor system integration.
- Experience with IC/OT systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated success managing complex IT projects from end to end.
